Every appointment at Extensions By Mila is thoughtfully reserved just for you.
We operate with a structured schedule to ensure each client receives the highest level of care, time, and attention.
By securing your booking, you are agreeing to the following guidelines.
Cancellations & rescheduling
We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may incur a cancellation fee.
We truly understand that unexpected situations can arise, and each case will always be approached with care and understanding. This policy simply allows us to honour our time and offer availability to other clients.
Deposits
All new hair extension installations require a $150 deposit to secure your booking.
• Deposits are deducted from your total on the day
• Deposits are non-refundable
• Deposits may be transferred with at least 48 hours’ notice
Your deposit confirms your appointment and allows us to prepare and reserve dedicated time exclusively for you.
Payments
All remaining balances are to be finalised on the day of your appointment.
Accepted methods: cash • bank transfer • card
We appreciate your understanding that incomplete payments may affect future bookings.
Maintenance & hair care
Maintaining your extensions is essential for both the longevity of the hair and the health of your natural hair.
• Maintenance is required every 6–8 weeks (or as advised)
• Delaying maintenance may lead to matting, tension, or damage
• Regular trims are recommended to maintain the strength and fullness of your natural hair
Our priority is always the long-term health and integrity of your hair.
We may gently decline or pause services if maintenance is consistently missed, to protect your hair.
Third-party work
To maintain the quality and integrity of our work, we are unable to take responsibility for hair or extensions that have been altered by another stylist or salon.
Once adjustments are made elsewhere, results can no longer be guaranteed.
We always recommend returning to us for any maintenance or concerns so we can properly care for your hair.
Refund policy
Due to the customised and hygienic nature of our services and products, all sales are final.
If you have any concerns, please let us know within 48 hours so we can support and assist you where possible.

Results may vary depending on your natural hair type, condition, and aftercare. Extensions By Mila is not responsible for outcomes affected by:
• Incorrect aftercare
• Use of unsuitable products
• Skipping maintenance appointments
• Lack of regular trims or ongoing hair care
